英语演讲稿范文1大家好！今天我说课标说教材的内容是外研版小学英语（三起）六年级上册，主要从说课标、说教材、说建议三方面展开。说课标，包括说学段目标，课程总目标。说教材，包括说教材的编排特点，编写体例，内容结构，知识与技能间的立体式整合。说建议，包括说教学建议、评价建议，课程资源的开发和利用。
一、说课标
（一）课程总目标
基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言运用能力的形成建立在学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养整体发展的基础上。语言知识和语言技能是综合语言运用能力的基础，文化意识是得体运用语言的保证。情感态度是影响学生学习和发展的重要因素，学习策略是提高学习效率、发展自主学习能力的`保证。这五个方面共同促进综合语言运用能力的形成。
综合语言运用能力:
情感态度：动机兴趣，自信意志，合作精神，祖国意识，国际视野。
